Refund policy

Returnes and Exchanges: 

Dubai Bridal accept returns and exchanges provided it is within 3 days of receipt of your item and that it is in perfect condition.

Please read our return policy for returning your order with authorization.

Bridal diracs must be returned in the same condition in which we sent it in – unworn and unwashed. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition (e.g. with makeup stains, perfume etc) we may have to send it back to you. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product is returned back to us and it is also under their liability to cover any postal charges for the return and for the shipping of the new item.

For international exchanges, the same regulations apply, however if you are from outside the US you must complete a short customs declaration form; stating that the package encloses ‘returned goods’. If for any reasons the package is stopped at US customs and a charge has incurred, no payment will be made by Dubai Bridal and the package will be returned to the sender.

 To return your item(s), follow the steps below:

  1. Send us an email to info@dubai-bridal.com with your name and order number and the reason for the return and exchange.
  2. Wait for our email with your return confirmation.
  3. Return the item(s) using the postal carrier of your preference. You are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges and returns. We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed.
  4. You will receive an e-mail once your refund or exchange has been processed.

PLEASE NOTE:  We are NOT liable for lost return packages, and recommend you to insure and track your package. 

Damaged Goods: Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To be eligible for a (partial) refund. You have to contact Dubai Bridal within 72 hours of receiving your package in the case of any damage on the goods received. If the 72 hours of receiving the parcel exceeded, the responsibility will be the customer.
